NewMeeting intelligence for Microsoft Teams

Where meetings
become work

AgendaStack is a fast project manager with meeting intelligence built in. Record your Teams call, follow the live transcript, and turn what was agreed into tasks.

Works in Chrome and Edge, or as a desktop app for macOS and Windows.

  1. 1.0 Record

Capture the Teams call from Chrome, Edge or the desktop app.

  2. 2.0 Transcribe

Follow along live, then get a final transcript with speakers.

  3. 3.0 Summarize

AI notes with key points, decisions and open questions.

  4. 4.0 Act

Accept the draft action items as tasks in your project.

Meeting intelligence

Everything said, next to the work it’s about

Record a Microsoft Teams meeting and AgendaStack keeps up: a live transcript while you talk, then speakers, notes and action items your team can act on.

Live transcript

Follow the conversation as it happens, with each line attributed to who said it. Meeting audio and your microphone are recorded together.

A final transcript with speakers

When you stop, AgendaStack makes a final transcript that tells speakers apart. Say who each voice is once, and the names follow through the transcript.

AI notes

Key points, decisions and open questions, written from the transcript. Each one links back to the moment it was said.

Action items that become tasks

AI drafts the action items from what was agreed. Pick the project once for the meeting, check each item’s owner, due date and priority, and accept it as a task, or accept them all at once.

Ask your meetings

Ask what was said or decided across all your meetings. Answers come only from meetings you can open, with links to the moments they’re from.

Search by words or meaning

Find the exact words someone used, or the conversation you remember the gist of.

How recording works

Made for Teams, with consent built in

Record from the browser you already use, or from the desktop app. Every recording starts by letting the room know.

  1. Set up the meeting

Give it a title and add who’s in it, including guests from outside your workspace.

  2. Tell everyone

Copy the recording notice into the meeting chat, and confirm that everyone knows before you start.

  3. Choose the audio

Pick the Teams tab or your computer’s sound. Your microphone is recorded alongside it.

  4. Record

The transcript appears while you talk. When you stop, the final transcript, notes and action items follow.

In Chrome or Edge

Choose the tab with the Teams meeting and turn on “Also share tab audio”. On Windows, share your entire screen with system audio to record the Teams app.

In the desktop app

Records the sound playing on your computer, the Teams app included, together with your microphone. On a Mac, this needs macOS 14.2 or later.

Task management

A project manager that keeps up

Plan and track the work your meetings produce, in a tool that stays fast when the board gets busy.

  • Boards, lists and a backlog

See each project the way you work, and keep what’s next out of the way until it’s time.

  • Projects and labels

Group work by project, and sort it with labels, priorities, assignees and due dates.

  • Real time

Changes appear for everyone as they happen. No refreshing, no stale boards.

  • Keyboard first

Set status, priority, assignee, labels and due date without reaching for the mouse.

Privacy and consent

Private by default. Shared when you choose.

Meetings hold candid conversations. AgendaStack treats them that way.

  • Private by default

A recording opens only for you and the people in the meeting. Workspace owners can open every recorded meeting.

  • Shared when you choose

Share a meeting with the workspace, and everyone who can see its project can open it.

  • Consent first

Every recording starts with a notice for the meeting chat and a confirmation that everyone knows.

  • In your storage

Recordings are kept in the server’s object storage. On your own server, that’s your bucket.

  • Deleting is final

Deleting a meeting removes its recording, transcript and notes for everyone.

Self-hosting

Run it on your own servers

Keep recordings, transcripts and tasks on infrastructure you control, with the providers you choose.

Docker and PostgreSQL
AgendaStack runs as a container next to PostgreSQL with pgvector. A single instance needs no Redis or other services.
Your storage
Recordings and attachments go to any S3-compatible bucket: Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2, MinIO and others.

Desktop app

Record the Teams app itself

The desktop app records the sound playing on your computer, so it works with the Teams app, not only a browser tab. Sign in through your browser; updates install themselves.
